Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Beans On Bar, you agree to these terms and any additional policies, workspace rules, or plan-specific limits that apply to your account.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and shared-terminal PIN secure. Do not share access with unauthorized people, and do not use another person's account without permission.

Company owners and managers may configure locations, equipment, team permissions, and plan features for their workspace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any activity that happens through your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate coffee workflow and inventory management activities. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass permissions, scrape data, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing. Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the service is prohibited and may result in account termination or other appropriate action.

Any content you upload must be your own or you must have permission to use it.

Shared links should only be distributed when you intend the linked recipe, menu, or dial-in to be accessible to the intended audience.

We may suspend or remove content, accounts, or access if we believe these terms are being violated or the service is being used in a way that creates risk for other users or for Beans On Bar.

Service availability

Beans On Bar is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update features, change plans, or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, bug fixes, or security reasons.

We may also change or retire features over time to improve the product, keep the service secure, or support new plan options.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you enter, subject to the rights you grant for the service to store, display, and process that content for your account and organization.

The Beans On Bar name, branding, and application code are protected and may not be reused except where allowed by law or by written permission.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, including storing, formatting, and transmitting your content to your chosen organization members or link recipients.

Termination and changes

We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated or if the service must be protected from abuse or security risk. We may also update these terms over time.

Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

If we make a material change, we will try to provide a clear notice in the product or through the usual account contact method when practical.
